i. Do not re-shelve any item unless you have been instructed by the library staff to help with shelving.

ii. All reference books, periodicals, and books that are not checked out, must be returned to the trolley provided after use.

iii. Books on Reserve are Course Texts, which are requested by lectures. Reserve Books can be borrowed overnight and return on next working day. Overdue Reserve books are fined RM5.00 per item per day.

i. Theological Students and STMS Students may borrow up to 6 books. This may be increased for Theological Students only if necessary, on application to the Dean of Library. The graduate and thesis writing students are allowed to borrow up to 12 books. Borrowing by using another student’s card is prohibited.
