iii. 归范于被保留的书：这些书本是由导师指定保留给上该课程的学生使用，学生若外借，必须在隔天归还。 逾期者，每本一天RM5.00来计算。

i. 神学生与短宣生一共只可借六本书，神学生如有额外需要，请向图书馆主任申请，不过，一共也只可借九本书。至於那些写论文与毕业班的学生，可借十二本书。 不可借用他人的卡借书。

ii. 书本应於三个星期内还妥。若要续借，也只能再借一次。毕业班与写论文者可续借两次。逾期不交还者，一本每日马币十仙 (RM0.10) 来计算。

iii. 图书馆的书需按手续借出才为合格，违反者将会被处置。

iv. 参考书及刊物只能在图书馆内使用。若要影印其中资料，请填上复印表格，将表格夹在所要复印的资料内，放在复印桌上，等隔天上午十一点来领取。

v. 若在所需用的一本书被他人借出时，请让图书馆管理员知道。等书归还时，他将为你保留。

vi. 请勿将图书馆的书用铅笔或原子笔涂抹，以及折上书的末角为记号。请小心保管所借出的书。

vii. 若借书者将书本遗失、弄脏或损坏，必须买一本归还图书馆，除了赔那遗失一本的价钱（包括运费），还必须另加二十巴仙，作为编目费用等。

viii. 图书馆里同类的书只许准借一本, 特别是注释书籍。视书本数量而定。

ix. 所有未编目的书、历史挡案的资料、论文、杂志与刊物等，都一律视为参考书，不能借外出。若有需要，必须得图书馆主任的允许。

i. Theological Students and STMS Students may borrow up to 6 books. This number may be increased for Theological Students only if necessary, on application to the Dean of Library. Graduating and thesis writing students are allowed to borrow up to 12 books. Borrowing by using another student’s card is prohibited.
