于2009年10月19日，卫神的怜悯之工帮助黄德文弟兄的儿子在台湾的心脏手术费。

On 19th October 2009, MTS Work of Mercy was extended to the son of Mr Wong Teck Wen for the heart operation cost of his son in Taiwan.

加帛常恩堂陈俊杰传道、叶荣珠传道及弟兄姐妹于2009年10月3日早上11.15am前来于卫神社体共庆中秋佳节。常恩堂不但预备了当天的午餐，也带了中秋灯笼及月饼，同时也移交一笔卫神新校舍建筑款项。

Pastor Nicholas Tan Chung Kiat, Pastor Debbie Yet Yung Choo and brothers and sisters of Siong Ong Methodist Church, Kapit, visited us on 3rd October 2009 at 11.15am to celebrate the Mooncake Festival. Siong Ong Methodist Church prepared the lunch for the day, and presented MTS community with tanglungs and moon cakes. Besides that, they also handed over a sum of offering for the MTS New Hostels Building Fund.

On 15th September 2009, MTS Work of Mercy was extended to Bakar Biau for his medical expenses.

2009年孝亲节、（下半年）生日会及家庭日庆祝已经于2009年8月14日下午进行。

2009 Parents' Day, (July to December) Birthday & Family's Day Celebration was carried out on 14th August 2009 afternoon.

卫神的学生会安排了诗巫的消拯局于2009年6月17日下午4点在前来帮助我们的火警演习。消拯局的代表为我们讲解一些重要的知识，并教导我们如何使用灭火器。

The Student Body of MTS arranged the Fire and Rescue Department of Sibu to help us with a fire drill on 17th July 2009 at 4.00pm. The representatives from the Fire and Rescue Department gave a talk on some important knowledge and taught us how to use the fire extinguisher.
