诗巫卫理神学院校友会将于即将举行的全国祷告会期间，既4月29日（星期五）下午2时正至3时30分假卫理神学院礼堂召开会员大会，并将于会上进行第一届（2011-2012）理事会选举。
会上，筹组委员会将提呈已获董事部核准之章程，并向会员们进行解说。而第一届理事会选举将由筹组委员会顾问兼卫理神学院院长池金代牧师主持。
有鉴于此，所有已办理入会手续，申请成为该校友会会员者，受促踊跃并准时出席此项会员大会兼选举。
筹组委员会希望会员们趁着参与全国祷告会之便，能踊跃出席此项深具历史性的会员大会。秘书处将在近期内发出会议通知单予所有已注册之会员。任何疑问可随时联络筹组委员会主席陈俊杰传道，电话号码：019-8548175或秘书许友东，电话号码：0198873721。

b) 任何曾经在卫理神学院全时间进修满一年者

The 2nd Biennial General Meeting of Methodist Theological School Alumni Association
During the coming Methodist National Prayer Convention, The Methodist Theological School Alumni Association will call the 2nd Biennial General Meeting with the date, time and venue:
Date : 29th April, 2011 (Friday)
Time : 2:00 – 3:30 p.m.
Venue: MTS Chapel
The membership shall be open to all graduates and or persons who have completed at least one year full time study at Methodist Theological School, Sibu.Therefore, those who are qualify but not yet registered as member, please do so as soon as possible by fill in the Membership Application Form and then summit the form to our Secretariat.
The agenda of the meeting include:
(a) Opening Prayer
(b) Preparatory Committee Chairman’s Address
(c) To table the Constitution of Methodist Theological School Alumni Association
(d) The dissolution of Preparatory Committee
(e) Election of inaugural Committee Members
(f) Any Other Business
(g) Closing Prayer
