Rev Thomas Lau Sie Ngiu is teaching an intensive course on "O. T. Exegesis: Prophetic Books" from 29th September 2009 to 16th October 2009. Rev Thomas Lau will become one of MTS full time lecturers starting next year.
加帛常恩堂陈俊杰传道、叶荣珠传道及弟兄姐妹于2009年10月3日早上11.15am前来于卫神社体共庆中秋佳节。常恩堂不但预备了当天的午餐，也带了中秋灯笼及月饼，同时也移交一笔卫神新校舍建筑款项。
Pastor Nicholas Tan Chung Kiat, Pastor Debbie Yet Yung Choo and brothers and sisters of Siong Ong Methodist Church, Kapit, visited us on 3rd October 2009 at 11.15am to celebrate the Mooncake Festival. Siong Ong Methodist Church prepared the lunch for the day, and presented MTS community with tanglungs and moon cakes. Besides that, they also handed over a sum of offering for the MTS New Hostels Building Fund.

The 2009 3rd Graduation Recital was held on 18th September 2009 (Friday) at 7.15pm at Wesley Methodist Church, Sibu. The performing students on that night were Ms Wong Chung Yiing (Voice) and Ms Wong Chen Chuo (Conducting). They were tutored by Mr Andrew Sii Tuong Yun and Ms Cecilia Ting Ik Huong. They were supervised by Rev Lu Chen Tiong.
